STANDARD POLICY OF GOODS RETURN

 

   There are some important aspects to keep in mind at products return if you purchased them with Brontex Management.

   You can return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving them. 

   Only products purchased directly from Brontex Management can be returned. The products of Brontex Management purchased through any other retail resources shall be returned according to the policy of returns for those resources where these products were purchased.

Refund 

   As soon as we receive the goods sent by you back, refund is immediately initiated. If you cancelled the loading point, and a bill for it was issued to you, we initiate the refund right after you cancell the order. The method of the refund processing depends on your payment method:

   If you paid with a credit or debit card, refund will be sent back to the emitting bank within five businesss days from the date of obtaining the returned goods. Please, contact your emitting bank to find out when the funds are refunded to your bank account.
